I always like a sweet treat at some point in the day, its a craving I've not ever been able to get rid of and at this point, I'm ok to honor that sweet craving with something that still nourishes my body. This tasty, low carb pudding is yummy and hits the spot.

CHOCOLATE ALMOND BUTTER PUDDING
Cooking Time 5 min
● 1 Avocado (peeled and pits removed)
● 1 1/2 tsps Powdered Erythritol
● 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
● 1 1/3 tbsps Cocoa Powder
● 2 tbsps Almond Butter
● 1 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides occasionally.
Divide between dessert bowls and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Enjoy!
If you don't have Almond Butter then use peanut butter or any type of nut butter.
