Crustless Broccoli and Cheddar Quiches

● 1/2 tsp Avocado Oil

● 2/3 cup Broccoli (finely chopped)

● 3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

● 4 Egg

● 1/3 cup Organic Coconut Milk

● 1/16 tsp Garlic Powder (a pinch to taste)

● 1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt (to taste)

● 1/8 tsp Black Pepper (to taste)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF (176ºC).

  2. Grease a pie pan with the avocado oil and arrange the broccoli and cheese in a single layer in the pie pan.

  3. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Add the milk, salt, and garlic powder to the mixing bowl and whisk until well combined. Pour the beaten egg mixture over the broccoli and cheese in the pie pan.

  4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Enjoy!
