Low Carb Fudge Truffles

INGREDIENTS


2/3 cup Almond Butter (no sugar added)

2/3 cup Coconut Oil (liquid)

3 1/8 tbsps Coconut Flour

1/3 tsp Stevia Powder

1/3 cup Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)

1/16 tsp Sea Salt (to taste)


DIRECTIONS



  1. Add the coconut oil to a small pot and melt over medium heat.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond butter and dried ingredients. Pour in the melted coconut oil and stir until well combined - taste test to determine whether you need additional sweetener.

  3. Transfer the bowl to your freezer to solidify for approximately 10-15 minutes.

  4. Remove from your freezer and form the mixture into balls using your hands. Place the formed balls on a flat tray or plate and return to the freezer for another 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!

*Tip: To prevent the coconut oil from melting in your hands while forming the balls, wash your hands under cold water and wipe with a dry paper towel.
