Sugar free Lemon Cheesecake Cups

Serves 4


8 oz of soft cream cheese

1/2 cup of whipping cream

30 to 40 drops of stevia extract or 1/4 cup erithrytol/monk fruit sweetener

Zest of 1 lemon

2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly with a hand blender. Spoon the mixture into 4 serving cups.
